Spring Workshops

Take part in FREE workshops at your local Henry’s this spring! Our instructors will help you enhance your photography skills and put your feet on the path to becoming a masterful vlogger and visual storyteller. There are many topics covered in our workshops, including action, editing, creative portraits, live streaming, macro, and nature photography.

We will be offering 3 categories of workshops; Core Skills, Advanced, and Photo Walks.

Henry's Newmarket: Fairy Lake Photo Walk in Support of CMHA

Date: Sunday, May 31, 2026
Time: 5:30pm–7:30pm
Location: Fairy Lake (Wesley Brooks Memorial Conservation Area), 520 Water Street, Newmarket, ON, L3Y 4X7
Cost: Registration Required. $10 CMHA Donation requested. On-site — cash only donation, or come in-store and donate before the event.

We invite you to join us for a scenic Photo Walk along Main Street and around Fairy Lake in Newmarket! This photo walk will be in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association. We are asking for a minimum donation of $10 per participant.

The CMHA Mental Health Awareness month theme for 2026 is "Come Together, Canada". In honour of that, we will have a themed photo challenge of "Come Together, Canada". Attendees can submit photos the week following the walk and we will host a photo challenge review show Thursday, June 11th at 5pm on YouTube Live via The Weekly BrYangle Report Channel.

Each participant will receive 1 8x10 print as well 10% off accessories purchased up to 2 weeks following the photo walk.
