"We Won't Be Beat" Policy

At Henry's we pride ourselves on delivering great value for your money. We are proud of the advice, expertise, selection and pricing we offer our customers day in and day out. If you find a better price in the market give us a chance to see what we can do to make you happy. If you find a lower advertised price on an item from an authorized Canadian retailer at time of purchase we will beat the advertised price by 10% of the difference*

Henry's always wants to ensure we get you the right gear for your needs and help you on your camera related journey. We are, after all, Canada's Greatest Camera Store, and we mean it.

Price Protection Policy

How do I take advantage of Henry's Price Protection after I've purchased a product?

For in store purchases, provide the product details, name and location of the competitor and the current advertised price. Once a sales associate has verified availability and pricing, Henry's will match the competitor's price. If the item was purchased within 15 days (30 days if purchased with Henry's Extended Life Plan) bring your original receipt to the nearest Henry's location and Henry's will refund the difference either by original method of payment, or a Henry's gift card. Requests for a price match must be made within 15 days (30 days if item was purchased with Henry's Extended Life Plan) of original purchase date.

For online purchases, visit your nearest Henry's location, contact info@henrys.com, or call 1-800-461-7960 and provide the following information: the product details, name and location of the competitor, the current advertised price and a link to the online price you would like Henry's to match. Once availability and pricing have been verified, Henry's will match the competitor's price and refund the difference either by original method of payment, or a Henry's gift card. Requests for a price match must be made within 15 days (30 days if item was purchased with Henry's Extended Life Plan) of original purchase date.

Do I need my original receipt for a price adjustment on a purchase I have already made?

Yes, if requesting a price match/beat from a Henry's retail location, you will need to present your original receipt.

Will Henry's match the additional discount provided by a competitors' private label credit/debit card?

Some competitors offer discounts if payment is made with a private label credit/debit card. Henry's price matches or beats our competitors' advertised prices. Henry's does not price match/beat discounts associated with private label credit/debit cards.

Will Henry's offer the price match/beat policy if a competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

If the item is out of stock, or is advertised as being in limited supply, like a doorcrasher deal, Henry's will not offer a price match/beat. Likewise, if Henry's has a product that is advertised as being in limited supply it will not be eligible for the pricing policy.

How do Shipping, Environmental Handling Fees (EHFs) and membership fees, impact Henry's Price Policies?

Shipping charges, EHFs and membership fees are included in determining the final price used for a price match. For example, if a competitor advertises a price that is $10 less than Henry's, but charges $25 for delivery while Henry's charges no shipping fee, the competitor's price will be higher and therefore not eligible for the price policy.

Does Henry's match or beat prices from competitors who do not have a retail location in Canada?

Henry's Price Policies cover current advertised prices from Canadian online competitors who do not have a retail location in Canada. However, the product in question must be available for purchase in Canada, advertised in Canadian dollars, include a Canadian warranty and be from an authorized Canadian retailer.

Does Henrys match or beat prices advertised by competitors who are not Authorized Canadian Retailers?

No, Henry's does not offer a price policy on goods sold by competitors who are not Authorized Canadian Retailers.

*To qualify for the Henry's Price Promise the product must be the same make, model, new, factory complete and sealed and qualified for its Canadian Warranty while being advertised by an authorized Canadian retailer in Canada. For online competitors the product must be available in Canada and advertised in Canadian dollars. Henry's reserves the right to verify the location, the availability of an item and the competitor's price. The item must be available at the lower price at the time that the price promise transaction is taking place.

The Henry's Price Promise does not apply to the following: refurbished goods, limited or minimum quantity orders, door crasher deals, close outs or liquidations, special education pricing, bonus or bundle offers, online auctions, advertising errors or misprints. Competitor pricing will be adjusted for any applicable fees, taxes or other charges such as environmental handling fees, shipping or membership fees.
