Terms & Conditions
Voucher Issuance and Activation:
- Vouchers are sent via email or a personal DM within a social platform Henry's and the Client are communicating on. There is no ability to provide you printed copies from any in-store location.
- Voucher distribution is at the discretion of the staff.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged. Transferred vouchers will be voided.
- Attempts to use codes for an online order not sharing the same email address associated with the original voucher distribution will be voided.
Voucher Redemption:
- Redeem your vouchers no later than 11:59 PM EST at the end of the 3rd month after voucher issuance. eg. If your email is dated April [any date], 2024, the voucher value expires at 11:59 EST June 30, 2024.
- Vouchers can be used in-store or online, applying to the first single product in the cart or transaction.
- Limit of one voucher per transaction, per one item.
- Customers are limited to redeeming a single voucher per transaction. It is not possible to apply multiple vouchers to a single purchase order.
- Vouchers may only be redeemed against products with any specified categories identified within your coupon email. If no categories are mentioned, you may purchase any in-stock product of your choice.
- Vouchers cannot be used for purchase of donations, repairs, workshops, gift cards or for items purchased on henrysphotocentre.com.
General Conditions:
- Vouchers have no monetary value and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Henry's is not liable for lost or stolen vouchers.
- Vouchers expire at 11:59 PM EST at the end of the 3rd month after issuance.
- Unused values are non-refundable.
