Exchange & Return Policy

Henry's offers a 15-day refund and/or exchange for most merchandise. All items considered for refund or exchange must be returned in "as new" condition, free of visible marks, scratches or defects, and complete with all components and packaging materials. After 15 days, all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

All returns are subject to inspection and return approval by a Henry's Manager.

Upon approval of a return the following conditions must be met prior to a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a copy).
  • The total will be refunded by your original method of payment or a Henry's Gift Card.
  • If refunded by credit card or debit, the original cardholder must be present. Debit refunds exceeding $2,500 will be refunded in the form of a company cheque which will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Cash purchases totaling more than $200.00 must be refunded in the form of a company cheque which will be processed within 5 business days, or to a Henry's gift card.

Henry's does not accept for refund or exchange the following products:

  • Gift Cards
  • Open Software (seal is broken)
  • Open computers and related peripherals
  • Open Memory Cards
  • Non-stocked special order items
  • Film
  • Chemistry
  • Batteries
  • Bulbs
  • Paper
  • Ink cartridges and opened printers
  • Henry's Photo Centre products

Drone Return Policy

  • Only unopened drones or drones that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
  • DOA is defined as a brand new unit that will not turn on or does not function pre-flight. Please click here for details.

Final Sale Items

Refunds or exchanges are not available on Final Sale Items, unless it can be proven that the item will not turn on, or does not function (DOA) at the time of receipt by the customer. Unless otherwise marked by a "Final Sale Item" tag or other similar marking, a product or service shall be identified as a Final Sale Item at the point of sale and prior to the completion of the sale. Items that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, applicable to Henry's standard 15-day Exchange and Return Policy.

Henry's reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for missing or damaged merchandise, parts and packaging.

If Henry's Management determines that an item is returnable but does not meet all Henry's guidelines, Henry's reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. The fee charged may vary according to the item's condition, the state of the item's packaging and the item value. Henry's reserves the right to refuse the refund of any product that does not meet these criteria.

Henry's gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

This Return Policy does not apply to goods purchased via online auction.

All other items eligible for return can be brought directly to any Henry's retail location.

Online purchases can be shipped to Henry's by mail for return. Please contact Henry's by e-mail (info@henrys.com) or phone (1-800-461-7960, option 1) for instructions on how to return your purchase. Your shipment will be checked upon receipt. Any missing or damaged merchandise, parts or packaging will be reported to you within 10 days of Henry's receipt and an appropriate restocking charge applied. Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
