Contest Rules

1. Agreement: No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of the Contest Rules and decisions of the Contest judge.
2. Sponsor(s): The Contest Sponsor is Cranbrook GlenEnterprises Ltd.("Henry's Cameras").
3. Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age and older, except for employees or contractors of the Contest Sponsor(s) or their advertising or promotional agencies or affiliates, and immediate families of or anyone living with any employee or contractor of the Contest Sponsor(s) or their advertising or promotional agencies or affiliates. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Contestants who reside in areas where the Contest is prohibited by law may participate in the Contest but will be ineligible for the prizes. Facsimiles and illegible entries are not acceptable. Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. One entry per person per household.
4. Contest Instructions: To enter, contestants must complete the information on the ballot. Each contestant will be required to register his or her name, email address, and/or phone number.
5. Contest Period: This Contest runs July 21-22 at Henry's St. Catharines. On July 23 at or around 12 noon, a random draw of all eligible entries submitted will take place for the prize. The selected contestant will be contacted by a representative of Henry's.
6. In order to be eligible to win, the selected contestant must pick up their prize at Henry's St. Catharines location, within 10 days of the draw during regular store hours.
7. Prize: 1 winner will be chosen from all submissions. Prize is non-negotiable. Prize for the Draw: One Nikon D3400 with AF-P DX 18-55mm VR Lens. Total value: $649.99.
8. Release: Prior to receiving any prize, the winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release form releasing the Contest Sponsor(s) of all liability, confirming compliance with these rules and consenting to the use of his or her name and photograph, without any further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the contest sponsor(s) and/or their advertising and promotional agencies.
9. Other: All information collected will be used for the purposes of administering the contest and for contest sponsor's internal marketing purposes only and will not be sold or rented to third parties. All personal information collected by the contest sponsor(s) will be kept in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found online at www.henrys.com. The Contest Sponsor(s) are not responsible for lost entries. All decisions of the contest judge are final.

Contest Rules

This is a Social Media contest only.

A winning photo will be selected from the collection of photos submitted during this contest period, to Henry's Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. To be eligible you must tag @henryscamera and use the hashtag #JumpIntoJune.

The winner will be selected by a panel of judges at Henry's head office. Decisions of the judges are final.

Any prize winner under the age of 18, must have written consent from a parent or guardian in order to be eligible.

One entry per person per household.

Contest Instructions: All photos must be submitted electronically through Henry's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram by tagging @henryscamera and using the hashtag #JumpIntoJune. Digital files should be at least 600 pixels wide for a horizontal image or 600 pixels tall for a vertical image at 72 dpi.

Contest Period: The Photo Contest runs between June 13^th, 2018 and July 1^st, 2018. The Contest winner will be contacted by a representative of Henry's. In order to be eligible to win, the selected contestant must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question within 10 days of first contact. One winner will be chosen from all entries collected. In order to be eligible to win, the selected contestant must correctly answer a mathematical skill testing question and pick up their prize at the agreed upon Henry's Store location, during regular business hours. Alternatively if the winner does not have a Henry's retail location within a reasonable proximity to their residence, Henry's will provide shipping to their place of residence. Henry's is not liable for any damage received in transit.

Entries and Identification: Judges reserve the right to remove a photo should it be deemed inappropriate or not suitable for entry in the contest.

Publication: Winners' names and photographs will appear on the Henry's website and social channels. The Contest Sponsor reserves the non-exclusive right to publish any entry and/or use any entry in promotional material. Model releases are the responsibility of the entrant and must be available in the event the photo is a winner. All photos will be credited to the photographer.

Copyright Notice: With regard to any photograph submitted to this contest, the owner of the photo's copyright retains all copyright. By uploading any photograph to this contest, you grant (or warrant that the owner of such materials expressly grants) Cranbrook Glen Enterprises Ltd. ("Henry's Cameras") and licensors a world-wide, royalty-free, irrevocable and non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, adapt, transmit, communicate, publicly display and perform, distribute and create compilations and derivative works or merchandise from any such submitted photograph to promote the contest. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant the license set out above.

Responsibility: Cranbrook Glen Enterprises Ltd. ("Henry's Cameras") is not responsible for any failure of the website during this contest. Nor is it responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software or any e-mail, online or internet entry lost due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion.
