Not everything we have for sale is now on-line. We are adding new items daily. If you cannot find it, we will gladly answer your E-mail used@henrys.com or give us a call on the phone at our toll free number 1-800-461-7960. But most of all we would really like to see you. Come and visit us. You'll be amazed at what gems you might find.

The listings on the screen are updated nightly. Any of the items listed means that we have one or more on hand in store as of the close of business yesterday. There is the slight chance that we may sell one of the items listed between last night's update and your order. We will certainly notify you if we cannot supply and your credit card is never charged until we are ready to ship.

Used Equipment Warranty Information. All Henry's Used Equipment comes with a 90-day warranty. This covers both parts and labour. The item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our option. Warranty is voided in the event of customer damage or misuse. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of equipment only and does not include cost of rentals, lost fees, or other expenditures. Please note this warranty does not apply to items sold through auctions. Used auction items are sold as described in working condition.

All used items on the web site are listed by the store they are located in. All of our stores buy used equipment. However only certain stores have used equipment for sale.

Some of the items listed may still be on hold. How can this be? In Toronto, Canada, local bylaws state that as a used dealer we must hold all used goods 21 days before selling them. We log the items and then report them to the police. This is to prevent the sale of stolen goods.

What if I place an order for an item and it is still on hold? We will notify you by e-mail or phone as to when the item is for sale and ready for shipment. If you cannot wait, we will offer a substitute if available. As always, we will not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship.

Condition codes. On the end of each item description you will see a number that represents the item's condition. The following chart will guide you as to our grading system.

• 10 NEW: Never sold to a customer and never used. New as shipped by the manufacturer or distributor with all original packing and instruction manuals.
• 9 MINT: 100% original finish. Just like factory new, but may not include original packing material or instruction books.
• 8+ EX+: 90-99% of original finish. Used very little, but obviously used. No major marring of the finish or brassing. Optics perfect. Mechanics perfect.
• 8 EX: 80-89% of original finish. May have a finish flaw or two that detract from appearance, but must be optically and mechanically perfect.
• 8- EX-: 70-79% of original finish. May have relatively large flaws in finish that does not affect functionality. Must be optically and mechanically perfect.
• 7 GOOD: 60-69% of original finish. Must be complete, but may be scratched or scuffed. Metal may show wear but should have no corrosion, rust or pits. Must be optically and mechanically perfect.
