Henry's Outlet Centre Plus opened its doors in March 2003 with hundreds of photo, video, and digital products. Henry's Outlet Centre Plus is approximately three times bigger than the old Outlet Centre store at 69 Queen St. E. in Toronto, and opened in early March 2010. Our new store features not only the same great deals on used and open box items, but also carries much of the same new product inventory as other Henry's store locations!

Store Hours:

Monday through Wednesday: 10am to 6pm
Thursday and Friday: 10am to 8pm
Saturday: 10am to 6pm
Sunday: 12pm to 5pm

What is Open Box?

The box has been opened, likely for an in-store demonstration or display. Product may have signs of use but is in perfect working order and comes with manufacturer's warranty. While in most cases original contents of the box such as straps and cables are included, exceptions may occur. Henry's Outlet Centre Plus has the same return policy as other Henry's stores. Manufacturers warranty fully applies to open box products.

Do you sell used equipment too?

Yes, we sell used equipment at the Henry's Outlet Centre Plus.

Can I return used equipment if I'm not happy?

If you are not happy with the used equipment you have purchased we are more than happy to give you a full refund within 14 days of your purchase! Please note that all returns considered for refund must be returned in "as bought" condition and are subject to inspection and return approval by a Henry's associate or manager.

Is your equipment tested? Does Used Equipment come with a warranty?

Rest assured that all of our equipment is inspected and tested thoroughly before we resell it. We stand behind our equipment and offer a 90-day Henry's Warranty with all of our used products.

Do you sell new products?

Yes, we also sell new products. Please keep in mind that our inventory of new products at the Henry's Outlet Centre is not the same as our regular retail stores.
