What is Open Box?
The box has been opened, likely for an in-store demonstration or display. Product may have signs of use but is in perfect working order and comes with the manufacturer's original warranty. While in most cases original contents of the box such as straps and cables are included, exceptions may occur.

Do you sell used equipment too?
Yes, we sell used equipment at the Henry's Outlet Centre.
Is your equipment tested? Does Used Equipment come with a warranty?
Rest assured that all of our equipment is inspected and tested thoroughly before we resell it. All sales are final, but we do accept returns on defective product only within 14 days of sale. Click here for more info.

Do you sell new products?
No, we do not sell new products. Henry's Outlet Centre offers open box and used products only.
How do you get an item purchased at the Henry's Outlet Centre repaired?
Bring the product back to the Henry's Outlet Centre and it will be sent out for repair. If the product is under manufacturer's warranty there is a $15 (+ tax) shipping and handling fee. This fee is waived if the product is covered by Henry's Extended Life Plan.
