How much does Ship Direct cost?

This service is currently free of charge to all in-store customers, but excludes oversized goods which have additional shipping charges (items greater than 1 metre in size).

Where is the item coming from?

Your item will be picked from the Canadian warehouse or another Henry's store, and will be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost.

How long does it take to arrive?

Shipping time will vary depending on the location of the item and where it is being shipped. You will receive an email from both Henry's and Canada Post to let you know the shipment is on its way with a tracking number. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost.

Will I be able to track the item?
