Drone Return Policy

  • Only unopened drones or drones that qualify as DOA can be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
  • DOA is defined as a brand new unit that will not turn on or does not function pre-flight.
  • Special order drones such as DJI Inspire units must deal directly with DJI for all return and repair issues by email or by calling +1 (818) 235 0789.
  • For all repair issues customers must deal directly with DJI by email or by calling +1 (818) 235 0789.
