Rated 5 out of 5 by from Video Stabilizer "This really is a good quality stabilizer, all aluminum, rubber on the handle and twist locks, really light and quick & easy balancing. I also have a Glidecam XR-4000 and would go as far as saying the Cameron VS700 is easier to use, even the handle fits the peg better on a steadycam vest and arm setup, very impressed with the quality and ease of use, I normally don't write reviews but this one was worth it."

Can this stabilizer be used with a very light camcorder like the Canon HF r800?

Asked by: LucV
HI LucV, Yes you can. Though you may find it to be cumbersome with a small camera. You may find CAMERON VS100 MINI STABILIZER is a better fit.

There was no manual on how to balance the weights and everything, do you have a tuto about it ? :)

Asked by: john5407
HI John5407 Try moving the weights from one side to the other so you can achieve the proper balance. IF you can't it's likely you need more weights.
