Great features at a great priceI bought this tripod after trying several in store. My heaviest combination is a Nikon D500 and Sigma 50-100 F1.8. This tripod holds this weight without any issue. It's very sturdy and packs down to a nice size (the tripod in it's case fits in the carry-on sized suitcase I have). It's built well and the monopod is a nice touch. I like being able to take only take this with me while traveling and I get both a tripod and a monopod. It's a great alternative to the other tripods in it's price bracket. The ball head feels nice and works tremendously. I've been extremely pleased with this purchase.

great tripod with a flawi bought this tripod and the first time using it i lost one of the footings (the rubber piece at the bottom with the spike). i feel like they should be more securely mounted considering how close they are to the locks which are also a twist release. for anyone buying this tripod all i would suggest is to take off the rubber pieces and and use a tool to make sure they are very tight or purchase some lock tight for the thead to ensure they dont fall off on a shoot like it did for me. i was very disappointed to get home and find that missing the first time i used it. other than that it is a very nice tripod

Failing gradeJust picked this up and brought it home to check out. Although I did get it in sale, for a tripod close to $300 very disappointing. All leg sections where very thin and seemed flmsy. Shorter than the advertised height. One problem is TSA would never allow this in carry on. When the rubber foot is removed the spike is more like a spear. Mefoto has this beat by far for small money.
