Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product and Service "I bought this lens just before Christmas and still had it in the time I was told. It also came packaged very well. The lens was better than I anticipated for the price and I am very happy with it. My images are very crisp even though I am still using a K20 body. I specialize in pet photography and it is perfect for that. I will certainly shop at Henry's again."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine value "1. Bought this and another lens from the used tab. Henry's used lenses are highly selected compared to other used sources. Zero marks of use. 2. This may not be a premium lens, but I am highly satisfied. Took a portrait of my cat and the detail is superb--right down to the near microscopic curls in burnt ends of a few whiskers from when she got too close to a candle. Nice bokeh. Takes very nice outdoor pictures including plant and small animal closeups. For example dried weeds against snow go from very sharp to shadowy to blurred bokeh background most pleasingly. Outdoor color is very nice though so far have used only in bright winter shooting. 3. Users who have only used zooms may find this lens a bit too high of a focal length at first. But it is just not a wide angle lens nor is it meant to be. 4. NO cons yet at all. 5. 5 stars is for value and quality combination."

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Essential lens "I find the bokeh of this lens to be very pleasant, which, after all, is why one buys this type of lens. Even if you are on a budget, this lens is essential to get the most out of your large APS-C sensor. Great flare control, size and weight, and seems solid. Great buy."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Lens is a Winner "I'm really happy with this lens. Its small, light, sharp, has good bokeh and has low distortions. You can't beat it for the price."
