Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very easy to fly Drone "Just got this from Henry's and love it! Cons: The video clarity isn't nearly as good as I see on the Bebop Promo's of the video. Pictures are good when the camera is centered, but around the edges of pictures the processor is still making them bowed from the Panoramic image. Hopefully a software update will fix these issue's... FPV is lagged a bit, again hopefully an update will improve it. Only about 6.5 minutes with about 10% remaining on warning of low battery, so it's close but that was with video recording so expect about 7 or so minutes recording before low battery warning, that's with wearing the bumpers and with video on. If you leave a charged battery in for a couple days you'll get less flying time, only plug in when ready to fly. Very little instructions included, but their website does have a full PDF file with all details, I just had to search for it. Battery insert design could be improved, uses Velcro to fasten, always moves a bit but doesn't fall out so it's ok so far. I can't connect it to my Mac with included cable ( OS 10.10 Yosemite ) doesn't show up the 4 times I tried it, but you can transfer pics and video through wifi. Transfers on their App will cut off if your phone goes into sleep mode or you switch to another phone program. This should be an easy fix for them though in a future update Not great in low light, small dead pixel looking spots appear in random area's from 1 pixel to 6 or 7 spots depending on lighting. Possibly fixable with software update. Pro's: I flew outside only once and it was really easy to get a hang of, in minutes I was able to control it well in 12km/hr wind. Flew to 16 meters height ( set that as ceiling height for the flight ) and there was no lag in controlling it If you get confused, let go of the controls and stabilizes and hovers. Video stability is amazing even when gusts hit it. You're supposed to be able to program a flight path which is amazing and useful for making video's but I haven't figured that out yet. Software can be updated improving performance in different area's. The bumpers are really useful and well designed to take the impact of crashes. Only had a minor one indoors so far and took all the impact. I strongly suggest using them outside until you have really good control of it. Ceiling height can be programmed as well as turning speed, inclination angle for speed, controls for video brightness and color which is needed in various lighting conditions with about 5 preprogrammed settings. This is important for doing smooth Pan's, too quick and it looks messy so I keep mine low. Overall I'm glad I bought it, weather is windy and rainy now, can't wait for my next flight!"
