Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better Than I Expected "This is the lens that came with my Nikon D7000 and the more I use it the better I like it. It's at its optical best in the 24mm-50mm range which suits my style. Actually this lens outperforms my 35mm f1.8 prime for centre sharpness. In the 70mm-105mm range it's still very good when you pay attention to aperture settings for best sharpness. f8 seems to be the sweet spot in this range. For the price you can't beat it and the colour rendition is just fine."
