Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Camera/ A great Back up... "I am a self-taught photographer who dabbles in weddings. For a long time I debated between upgrading my Rebel XS with the Canon 60D and the T3i. At face value there does not seem to be large amounts of differences. I actually went with the 60D at the time, but when my XS gave out I got the T3i as my 2nd/backup camera. In a lot of ways it function similar to the 60D, as has a lot of value for its price point. It lacks the top display that I have grown to love, and requires you to wait a moment while it tells you about the mode when you switch between settings. It is a bit smaller, but it does its job well and takes beautiful pictures. Still glad a went with the 60D as my main camera but the T3i is a great little brother with a lot of similarities."
