Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Lightweight Monopod "I bought this monopod last time it went on sale, and I am thouroughly happy with the purchase, it is a high quality monopod with quick-release, 90 degree tilt (for portrait shots) and turn release swivel arm to rotate the head up and down. Sturdy construction allow you to use this as a walking stick for those long photo walks, and the height fully extended is too tall for me to see out of my camera (I am 5'-7""). My only downfall with the item is that the quick-release does not match that of my tripod, but that was my fault for not researching properly."

I have a Giottos tripod. Will the Quick release be the same so I do not have to switch all the time as I do now.
