RRSP Program

Available to all full-time and part-time employees, the EAP is a voluntary, confidential, short-term counseling and advisory service that connects Henry's employees and their immediate family members to a network of dedicated professionals who are available to provide assistance 24 hours a day. Free Courses
Henry's School of Imaging (SOI) offers a wide variety of courses taught by experienced pros on a range of topics including photography, Photoshop and lighting. To help our employees acquire and improve their knowledge and skills in these areas, all full-time and part-time employees can take most SOI courses for free subject to availability.

Personal Days
In addition to the vacation entitlement, all full-time employees are entitled to 3 paid personal days per calendar year. Personal days can be used for a number of personal reasons to help employees achieve a better work-life balance.

A discount is available to all full-time and part-time employees on all products and services sold in the stores for personal use.

Family & Friends Discount
As an added benefit to our employees, Henry's full-time and part-time employees may purchase items for family & friends at reduced prices using a preferred price structure.

Interest Free Loan Program
The benefit of an interest free loan is available to allow full-time employees purchase inventoried hardware and computers for their personal use.

Henry's policy is to encourage employees to try various types of equipment. There are multiple benefits: increased interest in conventional or digital photography and video as a hobby, experience with new products from all aspects of imaging; conventional photography, digital, and video. This benefit is available to full-time and part-time employees.
