Based on the terms of the program, Henry's will add a percentage of your contribution to your RRSP on an annual basis. All full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the plan.

Shepell·fgi is a leading EAP service provider and offers a wide range of completely confidential and voluntary support services. Available to all full-time and part-time employees, the EAP is a voluntary, confidential, short-term counseling and advisory service that connects Henry's employees and their immediate family members to a network of dedicated professionals who are available to provide assistance 24 hours a day. This network includes experienced counselors, psychologists, social workers and other specialists.
Henry's offers all full-time employees a comprehensive benefits program that includes health, dental, life insurance, long - term disability and accidental dismemberment benefits. In addition to the comprehensive benefits program, Henry's also offers employees and eligible dependents the choice to enroll in the optional benefit package each year, which includes vision coverage and enhancements to the paramedical and dental benefits.
Henry's School of Imaging (SOI) offers a wide variety of courses taught by experienced pros on a range of topics including photography, Photoshop and lighting. To help our employees acquire and improve their knowledge and skills in these areas, all full-time and part-time employees can take most SOI courses for free subject to availability.
In addition to the vacation entitlement, all full-time employees are entitled to 3 paid personal days per calendar year. Personal days can be used for a number of personal reasons to help employees achieve a better work-life balance.
