Warranty Policy
New Products
All new products sold through Henry's come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length of the manufacturers' warranty varies with the product. Check the printed information that comes with the product or the manufacturer's website for the duration of the warranty.
Open Box Products
All Open Box products sold through Henry's come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length of the manufacturer's warranty varies with the product. Check the printed information that comes with the product or the manufacturer's website for the duration of the warranty.
Refurbished Products
The warranty on refurbished products varies from product to product. Warranty details will be included in the product description. At Henry's discretion a unit will be repaired, replaced or the customer will be given a credit equal to the purchase price of the unit.
Used Products
All used products purchased at Henry's (either at a Henry's Retail locations or Henry's Outlet Centre) come with a 90 day Henry's Used Warranty which covers parts and labour. At Henry's discretion a unit will be repaired, replaced or the customer will be given a credit equal to the purchase price of the unit.
This warranty does not apply to items sold through auctions. Used auction items are sold as described in the auction listing.
All warranties cover manufacturer's defects and are void if the item has sustained any type of external damage including impact and/or water damage.
All items in need of repair must be returned to Henry's for repair or taken to an authorized Canadian vendor to fulfill the manufacturer's or Henry's warranty. Note: Products purchased at Henry's Outlet Centre must be taken back to Henry's Outlet Centre for repair.
Manufacturer's and Henry's warranties cover the cost of parts and labour only. These warranties do not cover rentals, lost fees or other expenditures.
All warranty repairs must be returned with a copy of the original bill of sale, warranty cards are not sufficient.
There is a $15 (+ tax) shipping and handling fee for manufacturer warranty repairs taken to Henry's. This fee is waived if the product is covered by Henry's Extended Life Plan.
If a product covered by warranty is shipped to Henry's for repair, the customer pays for shipping the product to Henry's. Henry's will cover the cost of shipping the repair back to the customer.
