Are products for sale at the Show?

YES! All the major manufacturers of Digital Imaging products will be in attendance with their latest product for you to review and purchase.

Do you only sell used equipment at the Show?

No, visit our Show and you'll see we have a full assortment of new and 'hard-to-find' used camera equipment.

What kind of special deals can I expect?

The Show always has special deals that are available only at the Show. Come check us out!

What form of payment is accepted?

We accept all forms of payment. Henry's Advantage Card, AMEX, VISA, MC, Cash and Debit

Do I have to pay extra to attend the seminars?

No, attendance to the seminars is FREE and included in your price of admission to the Show.

Do I have to register for the FREE seminars?

No, seating is available on a first come, first serve basis for all presentations. Seating will however need to be reserved for the on-site computer lab. Reservations can only be made at the Show.

Can I attend more than one seminar?

You may attend as many seminars as you wish. Your admission to the Show provides you access to the Show including all seminars for the entire weekend.

How long are the seminars?

Most of our Show seminars are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

What is the price of admission?

The $20 ticket provides you entrance into the show for the entire weekend.

Can I bring my own camera?

Absolutely! We only ask that upon entering the Show, you have your camera equipment registered with our security service.

Can I have my camera repaired at this Show?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide this service at the Show, but would be happy to help you with any repair inquiries at any other Henry's store location.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the Show.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something?

Yes, the ticket is valid for all three days of the Show.

How much does the parking cost at the facility?

Parking at the International Centre is free.

Are there ATMs on site?

Yes there are ATMs in the Lobby.
