Henry's makes sure you get professional quality service for the wide range products we sell. However no repair work is done
in-house at Henry's and no repair technicians are on staff, all items are sent out for repair.
Manufacturer warranty repairs are sent to the appropriate authorized repair vendor, while non-warranty work is done by one
of Henry's approved service providers. Turn around time varies with the nature of the repair, usually averaging between
4 and 6 weeks. Repair times cannot be guaranteed. If you have specific questions please contact Henrys Service Department

Frequently Asked Questions
What about repairs done while product is under manufacturer warranty?
Henry's sends all warranty repairs to the specific manufacturer's service depot. The bill of sale –and only the bill of sale,
not a credit card receipt - is required for all manufacturer warranty repairs.
Any signs of external damage including the following void the manufacturer warranty:
- Dents
- Damaged LCDs
- Bent Pins
- Misaligned Lenses
- Sand damage
- Impact damage
- Water damage
- Broken battery /card doors
- Broken shutter buttons
Henry's will not send units with signs of external damage to a repair vendor for a manufacturer warranty. In these cases
customer must accept a pre-approved repair fee, pay a non-refundable estimate fee, or deal directly with the manufacturer.
Cleaning is not covered under manufacturer warranty. The cost of CCD cleaning is approximately $150.
What about repairs covered by Henry's Extended Life Plan (HELP)?
If you purchased a Henry's Extended Life Plan, please be sure to bring in your bill of sale. HELP is an extension of a manufacturer
warranty so any condition that voids a manufacturer warranty (see above) will also void HELP. Henry's will not send in unitswith
signs of external damage to a repair vendor for a HELP warranty repair. In these cases the customer must accept a pre-approved
repair fee or pay a non-refundable estimate fee. HELP customers will receive a 20% discount on the cost of repairs.

Customers have two options when sending in non-warranty repairs. To save time, customers can accept a pre-approved
repair fee. If the cost of the repair is higher than the pre-approved price, the customer will be notified with an estimate.
If the customer refuses the charges there will be no cost for the estimate. The other option is to pay a minimum $50 non
refundable estimate fee. If the estimate is approved, the estimate fee goes toward the cost of the repair.
What is the usual turn around time for repairs?
Most repairs take between four to six weeks. If parts are not available, turn around time may increase. Henry's cannot guarantee
repair times, but makeS every effort to ensure that repairs are done as quickly as possible.
Are there any cameras Henry's does not service?
Yes, there are numerous older brands for which there are no longer parts. If in doubt please contact Henrys Service Department

Does Henry's accept international repair orders?
Goods that were purchased from Henry's can be returned for repair from outside of Canada. To avoid problems with Canadian
Customs mark the outside of the packaging ‘Canadian goods being returned for repair' Please be aware that customs charges
and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Some manufacturers warranties are international, others are valid
only in Canada. For more details refer to the warranty information provided with your equipment or the manufacturer's website.

Where do I drop off my repair?
You can bring your repair to any one of Henry's retail locations. Click here to find a Henry's near you. If you prefer to

Please include a note with your name, address, phone number, email address, information regarding the problem with your equipment
and a copy of the bill of sale (if the repair is under warranty).
Who pays for shipping?
If your item is under warranty (either Manufacturer Warranty, Henry's Used Warranty, or Henry's Extended Life Plan), you
pay for shipping the item to Henry's and Henry's will pay the shipping to your repair at a Henry's location and want it
shipped back to you. There are additional charges for same day/next day shipping, larger items such as printers and repairs
sent outside of Canada.
