We deliver top quality photographic equipment to thousands of customers a year either through our Toronto office, or any of the many conveniently located Henry's locations across Canada. However, there are still thousands of clients who find themselves more than a convenient drive from either of these pick up options. With Rentals By Mail, access to the newest photographic hardware is now as close as your mailbox , or the local Canada Post outlet (many located in Shoppers Drug Mart stores).

Share your shipping details with us.
Let us know where you would like your rental mailed so that we can establish the correct shipping date and ensure that you receive your rental in plenty of time.
Return your rental.
Using the supplied packaging and included Canada Post label, repack your rental and return it to the nearest Canada Post depot where they will scan the parcel into their tracking system and advise us online.
Do I have to pay to have my rental shipped back?
One flat fee covers both shipping to you, and return shipping. Keep all the packaging we send your rental in, including the return shipping label included in the package.
When does my rental period begin?
Rental begins either when you pick-up from Canada Post or when Canada Post makes their first attempt to deliver to your address. If you fail to pick up the rental, Canada Post will return it to us, but you will be charged the full amount.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Henry's uses Canada Post to ship their Rent By Mail orders.
My rental ends on Sunday, what do I do?
Many of the Canada Post counters within Shoppers Drug Mart are open 7 days a week. Here is a link to help you locate the nearest Canada Post outlet to you. Find a Canada Post outlet near me! Your rental ends when the return shipping label is scanned in by Canada Post. Check Note that weekend rentals are 1-day from Friday until Monday NOON, so no discount applies if a rental is returned on Sunday.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping charges range from $25.00 to $35.00, depending on the size and weight of the equipment rented. This fee includes the return shipping, but DOES NOT include the rental fee, or any late charges that might apply.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
Canada Post Xpresspost service requires 2 days for delivery, at the rates we have quoted. If you require faster service, Priority Post can be used for next day delivery, but higher rates will apply for shipping. Call for a quote.
Do you offer Insurance?
No, we do not offer insurance, however there are many companies that offer short term policies for things such as rental equipment or sometimes Home insurance policies have a clause for these short term rentals.
What if something happens to the equipment while I have it? Do you offer insurance?
If the package is lost while in transit (in the possession of Canada Post) you are not liable for the loss. However, if the equipment is lost, damaged, or stolen while in your possession (any time after you have signed to take delivery of it, and before it has been scanned back into Canada Post), you are liable for the full replacement cost of the items. For this reason, we strongly recommend insurance. Henry's is unable to sell you insurance, but we do have a service available to you that will provide simple, affordable, and very easy access to short term insurance coverage.
