To apply for the Henry's Advantage Card simply download Henry's Advantage Card application, and fill it out. Bring the completed form into any Henry's location with two pieces of identification.

The Henry's Advantage Card can be used at all Henry's and Headshots retail locations including the Henry's Outlet Centre Plus for in-store and in stock items only.
