Please present your Henry's Advantage Card at the Ticket Sales Booth to receive your complimentary ticket. Only active card members will be able to use their Henry's Advantage Card to make purchases at Exposure Photo & Video Imaging Expo – May 25-27, 2012 – new applications and re-activations will not be accepted at this venue.
What extended financing options does Henry's offer year round?
- 90 Day No Interest, No Payment options is available on all purchases over $99 (excluding taxes) with no adminstration fee.
- 12 Equal Payment Plan on purchases over $299 (excluding taxes) with an administration fee of $39.95. Annual interest rate of 11.9%.
- 24 Equal Payment Plan on purchases over $699 (excluding taxes) with an adminstration fee of $69.95. Annual interest of 11.9%.
- 36 Equal Payment Plan on purchases over $899 (excluding taxes) with an administration fee of $89.95. Annual interest of
11.9%.

Where can I use my Henry's Advantage Card?
The Henry's Advantage Card can be used at all Henry's and Headshots retail locations including the Henry's Outlet Centre. Existing Henry's Advantage
Cardholders may make purchases through the Henry's Commercial Department. However, due to the nature of the credit bureau,
the Henry's Advantage Card is a personal card and employees cannot apply for the Henry's Advantage Card on behalf of a company.
HSBC only conducts personal credit checks.
Can I use my Henry's Advantage Card on-line?
The Henry's Advantage Card cannot be used for on-line purchases. The Henry's Advantage Card is currently available
for use on in stock, in store items only.
Can I use my Henry's Advantage Card for deposits?
At this time, Henry's Advantage Card holders cannot use their Henry's Advantage Card for deposits. Deposits can be made using
Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and the remaining balance can then be made with your Henry's Advantage Card.
Can I pay my Henry's Advantage Card bill at Henry's?
Henry’s cannot accept payment for the Henry’s Advantage Card. Customers have the following options:
- Payment by internet or telephone banking. To set up payment look for “HSBC Retail” on the payee list. Note: If your bank requires a 16 number, please add a ‘0’ to the beginning of your account number.
- Pay at any HSBC Finance Branch. For the nearest HSBC Finance Branch see www.hsbcfinance.ca
- Mail payment to HSBC Retail Services Limited PO Box 11459 Station M Montreal, PQ H3C 5L6
- Most Canadian Charter Banks and major financial institutions will accept Henry’s Advantage Card payments over the counter.
Can I place a telephone order?
Existing Henry's Advantage Cardholders can place telephone orders.
Can I apply for a Henry's Advantage Card on-line?
The Henry's Advantage Card program will end as of June 30, 2012. Until that date Henry's customers can apply for Henry's Advantage Cards in-store only.
Can I manage my Henry's Advantage Card account on-line?
You can manage your Henry's Advantage Card online using E-care, HSBC Retail Services' online customer care website. This website allows you to:
- Sign up for e-statements/ switch off paper statements
- View account balance, available credit, minimum payment due and due date
- View most recent transactions and past statements
- Update contact information i.e. home address, phone numbers and email address
- Register for email alerts e.g. when statement is available, payment has been received
- Order a replacement card
- Access to Customer Service via email
