Renting Equipment through our Henry's Locations

Henry's and Headshots have been working hand-in-hand to increase rental availability which allows you to pick up and drop-off your rental equipment to the Henry's location closest to you. With 33 locations, including Manitoba, Ontario, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland we are pleased to inform you that rentals are now available through all of our retail locations. Reserve, pick-up and drop-off equipment at the location most convenient to you!

Availability

Please not that most of our gear is available to rent and can be shipped through all Henry's locations, however we will not ship any Mola Reflectors or the Broncolor Para due to fragility.

We require a minimum of one week's notice to ship rentals out to most Henry's locations. However for certain locations including Winnipeg, Dartmouth, Halifax and St. Johns we require a minimum of two week's to ship rentals.

Liability

The renter is responsible for all damage and loss, excluding manufacturer failure. The renter is responsible for insuring rental equipment. Henry’s is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered due to equipment use, misuse or failure.

Rental Fees

A one day rate will be applied to contracts which commence BEFORE 3:00pm and are returned before the close of business the following day, excluding weekends or holidays. A one-day rate will be applied to contracts that commence AFTER 3:00pm and are returned by NOON the day following the first 24-hour period. For example, a rental picked up AFTER 3:00pm Monday would be due back by noon Wednesday for a one day rate. If picked up BEFORE 3:00pm, this same rental would be due back by close of business Tuesday. Weeks are either defined as 3-days or 4-days, depending on the equipment, and this defines how many days goods are charged for in a 7-day period. Weekends begin either AFTER 3:00pm Friday or BEFORE 1:00pm Saturday, and must be returned by NOON Monday for a single day charge.

Deposit

When you rent a lens, grip or lighting kit or accessory from us we require a $500 deposit. However, if you are renting a video camera or DSLR a deposit equal to the value of items rented will be required.

If you are renting something of high value and are unable to put the deposit on your credit card you have the option of buying into Production Insurance and adding Headshots as a Payee on your policy.

Please not that we only accept deposits on a credit card, not debit or cheque.
