Recently picked this up to add some diffusion to my Flash and the results were average at best...

+ Good range of the light modifier provided by the Large, Round, and Small

+ Does create a softer shadow and more wrap-around light than a Gary Fong type of diffuser

- Difficult to mount, need more rigidity at the part where the diffuser attaches to the flash head

- Flimsy contruction, leading to odd shaped light

Cap: I would recommend spending 2x the price to get two separate products that are better constructed than this 3-in-1 kit.

Me: I'll probably keep it for Macro work but can't see the benefit in the way it's contructed for anything else...

I purchased and returned this product in one day. It is too floppy and there was not much difference in softer light compared bouncing flash off walls. Research better options. If I endorsed this product I would be embarrassed.
