I purchased this promo kit a month ago. I checked the heads and bulbs after receiving the kit and everything checked out normal. I set up the lights for my first shoot today and 30 minutes into the shoot, I noticed a flickering bulb. 15 minutes later, I hear a gush of steam and smoke begins to pour out the back of the bulb. This was worrisome because the gas from flourescent bulbs is toxic.
