Great all-around, well thought out design

Pros
- Easy side access to your DSLR. The sling-type strap makes it easier to slide the bag down to your side/front, than typical backpack straps.
- Packs a LOT, despite its size. Along with the camera body with prime or medium zoom lens attached, I can fit another 6 lenses or so in the main compartment (2 zooms, 4 wide/normal primes, hood). Lots more room to spare for other accessories in the side pocket and top compartment.
- All-weather cover. Stashed away in a little velcro fold in the bottom is the all-weather cover, which you pull out and fasten over the bag. Took this baby up to Cypress Mountain in heavy snowfall, and everything inside stayed fresh and dry.
Cons
- Top compartment seems a bit awkward to fill. It's ok if you have soft items in there (personal items like a shirt, towel?), but I have random accessories that somewhat clunk around inside since it's not full. Not sure if an external flash would fit in there either.
- Difficult to change lenses on the fly. I was used to my top-loading Tamrac, but I suppose that's usually the case for backpacks/slings.

Excellent value and tough!

I've had this bag for a year, and am very pleased with it. It carries my Canon 7D with 70-200mm L and 2x extender attached, with room for external flash, another lens, remote release, and a few personal items. It is well balanced, and I like the way you can shift it for carrying, or move it to the front to remove your camera. The bag is well designed with lots of pockets for Compact flash cards and extra batteries, and also has removable velcro sections so you can compartmentalize your gear. It has loops should you wish to attach your tripod as well. It also has a waterproof cover which tucks away so neatly you will probably forget you have it! The shoulder strap is adjustable and is padded, which you will appreciate when the pack is fully loaded. And it is TOUGH. It survived a cougar attack! as can be seen in this link:

I can highly recommend this bag for anyone wanting to carry a DSLR and a few accessories in a comfortable manner.
