  • Canon Rebel T2i

  • February 24, 2012
  • By: C.S.

I bought the Canon Rebel T2i about 3 weeks ago from Henry's in Thornhill. The bundle that I bought included a 18-55IS lens and a 55-250 IS zoom. As a first-time buyer of DSLR, I was a bit worried at first that the camera may be very complicated to use. But I was absolutely thrilled by how easy it is to use and switching lens was just effortless. The picture quality is unbelieveable. I tried simply setting the camera to auto and have the camera did all the work for me. I also explored and played around with the manual settings (just to be adventurous) - in both cases the pictures turned out amazingly well. I take my camera everywhere now (it is very light-weight). I've taken pictures in dark concert hall, bright sunny days and I even attempted to take pictures of the full moon (well, the moon turned out a bit blurry as I didn't use a tripod.) Next, I am going to try out the movie function which I am sure would be just as amazing. Overall, I am very impressed with this incredible camera. Thank you.

I have had the T2i for a bit over a month and am very pleased with the picture quality as well as the usability of it. The camera is far more able than me. My wife and I took the camera 101 course and plan to take the 201 course. Some of the pictures that we have taken are nothing short of amazing. With being shown how to make use of some of the cameras features I am very impressed with how long the battery lasts when you know how to avoid using the flash in most cases. All round excellent camera and very glad we made the purchase.
